Caretaker

We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to cover our sites in the South of the County, for 37 hours a week, all year, hours to be agreed at interview. As caretaker you will be integral to the operational function of the school, working alongside a solid team of premises staff in matters relating to the effective operation of the school’s buildings, grounds and equipment, maintaining levels of cleanliness, general maintenance and security and ensuring a safe learning environment for the young people.

Caretaker- Job Description

Premises Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Premises Manager, for 37 hours a week, all year, to provide an effective Premises Management service in all matters relating to the satisfactory operation of the school’s buildings, grounds and equipment across WSAPC sites including maintaining high levels of cleanliness, general maintenance, security and Health and Safety, acting as an advisory and support service to other WSAPC Caretakers. You will also have responsibility for the management of premises related Health and Safety records across sites. Hours to be agreed at interview.
