We are very proud of our year 9 student Madison and her fabulous piece of persuasive writing, in the form of a letter campaigning about the cost of women’s sanitary products. This was sent to The Rt. Hon. Nick Gibb, Member of Parliament for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, who is our local MP.
Madison was very surprised to receive a response from Mr Gibb advising her that he has referred her letter to the Minister for Women and Equalities. What a fantastic lesson in persuasive writing, British democracy and making yourself heard!
