We are so thrilled to share the news that our Chalkhill Education Centre has been nominated for a Positive Practice in Extraordinary Times Award. The awards are an annual event organised by the Sussex Partnership NHS Trust to recognise and commend staff dedication across the NHS Trust. Whether for outstanding teamwork and dedication to patient and staff care, or for great examples of innovation, impactful communication or inspirational leadership, the awards are an opportunity to celebrate the people who have made a difference – despite of or in response to Covid-19. Nominations have been accepted under nine different categories, and Chalkhill has been nominated in the category of ‘Pandemic Partnership’.

There will be a virtual ceremony on Tuesday 30th March to announce the results, but we are just proud to have been nominated at a time when so much amazing work has been happening across the County by brilliant and dedicated NHS staff.
