We are delighted to announce that, following their inspection of the college on 13th March, OFSTED have awarded us a judgement of ‘good’. Head Teacher Doug Thomas writes-

”Dear Parents/Carers and to all in the WSAPC community,

It gives me great pleasure to share our published OFSTED inspection report from the visit on the 13th of March.

Our pupils, parents/carers and of course our staff have all worked very hard in making our college a great place to learn and to allow our children to explore new possibilities in order to reach their full potential.

This report shows us where we are as a college in terms of your child receiving a good education and being in a safe and interesting learning environment.  It also tells us where we need to improve in order for us to become an outstanding college and, on behalf of the whole team and myself at WSAPC, we will work very hard on the points raised by the inspection team in order to improve our college even further than this fantastic report.

The staff can’t do this alone.  We need our children and their parents/carers to help us and support us with ensuring that your child comes into school on a daily basis, that they are ready to learn and that they are determined to achieve their future goals.

I will make sure that the learning opportunities and the teaching of your children will be the very best there is.

Congratulations to all of you in our WSAPC family!  Please feel free to share this report with anyone you wish to and, if your child is dual registered with another school and is also with us, rest assured, I will be sending this to their school’s Head Teacher so that they know how well your child is doing at WSAPC.

Best regards, Doug Thomas”
